back to my blogging once again! yup, for readers of my blog, i have found this cyber cafe just downstairs my apartment where i'm staying, which charges really cheap rates, much much cheaper than back in sgp. so yeap, i'm sure to come to this place more often than not during my four months of stay here!
time flies; it's alr been a month since my oiap begun. what has begun on a really bad start is now, hopefully, turning and beocming something that is more bright and cheery. have found a catholic church too- although its in puxi side, but still, its a place that i feel comfortable in- at least i noe that there's some quiet place for me to retreat to when the going gets tough. :)
and oh, my return's flight on the 3rd of feb; i shld get to sgp around the wee hours of sunday morning. the first thing i'm gonna do is to have this feast at the hawker centre in east coast road or in old airport road sia- there are like, practically noooo hawker centres in shanghai!! yes, u heard me alright, there are absolutely no hakwer centres here! mebbe its becos the whole place is filled with little nieghbourhood "cafes" which sell snacks and light food and zhi char kinda food, so there's no need for hakwer centres. not that i'm complaining though, :)
went to this pub/bar/restaruant last night with kevin; had a buffet dinner for only 88RMB/pax. shhh. i'm not supposed to go spending my money on this kinda stuff though, my mum's probably gonna kill me if she ever finds out that i spend money on this kinda stuff. haha. buyt the food's not too bad; they serve western food like chops and stuff, pretty good value. now that's u cant find in sgp. defintiely.
winter's not here in shanghai yet; the weather in the day time are like sgp's; hot, humid. so sian. darn.
